Ingredients needed
2 whole tacos
30g lettuce
50g bell peppers
30g onion
80g of chicken breast
20g of unsweetened yogurt sauce
process
1. Dice the chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked; dice the bell peppers and onions and stir-fry until softened.
2. Heat the whole wheat tart crust and place lettuce on the bottom;
3. Add chicken breast and diced vegetables, then squeeze in yogurt sauce.
