  • 80g of dried noodles

  • 100g of winter melon

  • 60g of shrimp

  • chopped green onion

  • Salt

  • White pepper powder

1. Peel and cut the winter melon into chunks, and devein and clean the shrimp;

2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add winter melon and cook until soft, then add shrimp and cook until done;
