Ingredients needed

  • 150g of skinless chicken thigh meat

  • 1 baby bok choy

  • 100g of enoki mushrooms

  • Ginger slices

  • Salt

  • White pepper

1. Cut the skinless chicken thigh meat into chunks, blanch in cold water to remove blood and impurities; (with scallions, ginger, garlic, and cooking wine)

2. Add water and ginger slices to a pot, add chicken thigh pieces and cook for 10 minutes, then add enoki mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes;

3. Add the baby bok choy and cook until soft, then season with salt and white pepper.
