Ingredients needed
100g of yam
200g minced pork
5g of chopped green onions
3g minced ginger
5ml of light soy sauce
2g of salt
5g of starch
3ml sesame oil
process
1. Peel and grate the yam into a paste, then mix it with ground pork, minced scallions and ginger, light soy sauce, salt, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
2. Place it in a steaming bowl and press it flat;
3. Steam for 18 minutes after the steamer is full of steam, then sprinkle with chopped green onions.
