Ingredients needed
200g of broccoli
20g dried black fungus
10g minced garlic
2 small red chilies
15ml light soy sauce
10ml of balsamic vinegar
5ml sesame oil
2g of salt
3g white sugar
process
1. Soak the wood ear mushrooms until softened and tear them into small pieces; cut the broccoli into small florets.
2. Blanch both, cool, and drain.
3. Mix all the seasonings to make a sauce, pour it over the ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate.
