Ingredients needed
200g of beef tenderloin
1 onion
5g of shredded ginger
10ml of light soy sauce
5g of starch
8ml oyster sauce
2g of salt
12ml of cooking oil
5ml cooking wine
process
1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain and marinate with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch for 15 minutes;
2. Slice the onion into thin strips;
3. Stir-fry the beef in hot oil until it changes color, then remove from the pan.
4. Leave some oil in the pan and sauté the ginger and onion until fragrant. Add the beef, oyster sauce, and salt, and stir-fry evenly.
