Ingredients needed
5 okra
3 eggs
150ml of warm water
2g of salt
5ml of light soy sauce
3ml sesame oil
process
1. Wash the okra and slice it thinly. Beat the eggs, add warm water and salt, stir well, and strain.
2. Pour the egg mixture into a steaming bowl and arrange okra slices on top;
3. Steam for 12 minutes after the steamer is full of steam, then drizzle with light soy sauce and sesame oil.
