Ingredients needed

  • 150g chicken breast

  • 20g cornstarch

  • 1 egg

  • 5g of light soy sauce

  • 10g of balsamic vinegar

  • 5g of sugar substitute

  • 5g of cooking wine

1. Cut chicken breast into strips and marinate in cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Coat with egg wash and cornstarch;

2. Brush a thin layer of oil on a frying pan and pan-fry the chicken breast strips until golden brown on both sides;
