This light salad is high in fiber and low in calories. Kale is rich in vitamins, and chicken breast provides protein, making it refreshing and guilt-free.

Ingredients needed

  • 80g of kale

  • 80g of chicken breast

  • 50g cherry tomatoes

  • 50g cucumber

  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • olive oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

1. Wash the kale and tear it into small pieces; halve the cherry tomatoes; and slice the cucumber.

2. Pan-fry the chicken breast until cooked through, then cut it into pieces. Cut the hard-boiled egg into pieces as well.

3. Combine all ingredients, drizzle with olive oil, and season with black pepper and salt. Mix well and it's ready.
