Ingredients needed
150g pork tenderloin
1 lettuce
5g of shredded ginger
8ml of light soy sauce
5ml cooking wine
3g of salt
5g of starch
10ml of cooking oil
1g of chicken bouillon
process
1. Cut the pork into strips and marinate with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch for 10 minutes;
2. Peel and shred the lettuce;
3. Sauté ginger slices in hot oil until fragrant, then add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from heat and serve.
4. Leave some oil in the pan and stir-fry the shredded lettuce for 2 minutes. Add the shredded pork, salt, and chicken bouillon powder and stir-fry until well combined.
