A light and flavorful home-style dish, with crisp lettuce and tender shredded pork, suitable for all ages.

Ingredients needed

  • 150g pork tenderloin

  • 1 lettuce

  • 5g of shredded ginger

  • 8ml of light soy sauce

  • 5ml cooking wine

  • 3g of salt

  • 5g of starch

  • 10ml of cooking oil

  • 1g of chicken bouillon

process

1. Cut the pork into strips and marinate with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch for 10 minutes;

2. Peel and shred the lettuce;

3. Sauté ginger slices in hot oil until fragrant, then add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from heat and serve.

4. Leave some oil in the pan and stir-fry the shredded lettuce for 2 minutes. Add the shredded pork, salt, and chicken bouillon powder and stir-fry until well combined.
