Ingredients needed
150g ground beef
50g of soft tofu
3 shiitake mushrooms
50g King Oyster Mushrooms
2 bread doughs
2 lettuce leaves
2g of salt
1g of black pepper powder
5ml of light soy sauce
process
1. Finely chop the mushrooms and mix them with ground beef, crumbled tofu, salt, black pepper, and light soy sauce. Shape the mixture into patties and pan-fry until cooked. 2. Toast the bread dough until soft, then fill it with lettuce and the patties.
