Ingredients needed

  • 150g fresh shrimp

  • 200g of snow peas

  • 5g minced garlic

  • 3g of salt

  • 10ml of cooking oil

  • 1g white pepper powder

  • 2g of starch

process

1. Marinate the shrimp with salt, white pepper powder, and cornstarch for 5 minutes;

2. Remove the strings from the snow peas and wash them;

3. Sauté minced garlic in hot oil until fragrant, add shrimp and stir-fry until they change color, add snow peas and stir-fry for 3 minutes, season with salt and remove from heat.
