  • 1 zucchini

  • 80g of shrimp

  • minced garlic

  • 5g olive oil

  • Salt

  • White pepper

1. Wash and slice the zucchini; devein and wash the shrimp.

2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and stir-fry until cooked;

3. Add the zucchini slices and stir-fry until just cooked through. Season with salt and white pepper.
