Ingredients needed

  • 150g of dried noodles

  • 50g of shredded cucumber

  • 30g of shredded carrots

  • 20g Korean chili sauce

  • 5ml of light soy sauce

  • 3g white sugar

  • 5ml sesame oil

  • 5g of roasted sesame seeds

process

1. Cook the noodles until done, rinse with cold water, and drain.

2. Mix Korean chili paste, light soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make a sauce;

3. Mix the noodles with shredded vegetables and sauce, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
