Ingredients needed
150g of dried noodles
50g of shredded cucumber
30g of shredded carrots
20g Korean chili sauce
5ml of light soy sauce
3g white sugar
5ml sesame oil
5g of roasted sesame seeds
process
1. Cook the noodles until done, rinse with cold water, and drain.
2. Mix Korean chili paste, light soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make a sauce;
3. Mix the noodles with shredded vegetables and sauce, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
