Ingredients needed
1 block of soft tofu, 3 eggs, 5g chopped green onions, 2g salt, 10ml cooking oil, 5ml light soy sauce
process
Crush the tofu, beat the eggs and add salt, then mix well with the chopped tofu.
2. Pour hot oil into the mixture and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
3. Drizzle light soy sauce over it, sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve
