Ingredients needed
80g of chickpeas
50g of broccoli
50g of carrots
80g purple sweet potato
olive oil
cumin powder

1. Soak chickpeas until soft and drain. Cut broccoli into small florets and carrots and purple sweet potatoes into chunks.
2. Mix all ingredients with olive oil, cumin powder, and salt, then bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 20 minutes;
