1. Remove the strings from the snow peas, wash them, blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds, then remove and cool them.
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add snow peas and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute;
3. Season with salt and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, and remove from heat.
300g of snow peas
5g minced garlic
2g of salt
5ml oyster sauce
5ml of cooking oil
