process
1. Smash the cucumber, cut it into chunks, and place it in a bowl;
2. Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chili oil, salt, and sesame oil, and mix well.
(Alternatively, you can pour hot oil over it.)
1 cucumber (about 150g)
5g minced garlic
3ml of light soy sauce
5ml of balsamic vinegar
3ml chili oil
Salt
A little sesame oil
