This creamy and comforting dish is incredibly delicious, with every noodle coated in sauce. It's super easy to make, even beginners can master it.

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is 80% cooked, then drain and set aside. (Adding a little oil and salt to the water when cooking the pasta can prevent it from sticking to the pot and also add more flavor.)
2. Slice the button mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, dice the onion, and mince the garlic; (you can prepare the ingredients while the noodles are cooking)
3. Melt the butter in a pan, sauté the minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant, then add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release their juices and soften.
4. Pour in heavy cream and milk, add a little salt and black pepper, and cook until the sauce thickens. Add pasta and stir-fry evenly. Sprinkle with cheese powder and chopped parsley.
