This light and healthy stir-fry features crisp and tender yam and chewy and smooth wood ear mushrooms, making it suitable for all ages.

process
1. Soak dried black fungus in warm water until softened, then tear into pieces;
Peel and slice the yam, then blanch it.
2. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add wood ear mushrooms, yam, and green bell pepper and stir-fry.
3. Season with salt and oyster sauce and serve.
200g of yam
10g of dried black fungus
1 green bell pepper
5g minced garlic
2g of salt
5ml oyster sauce
