1. Peel and dice the tomatoes, dice the onion and carrot, and mince the garlic;

2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic, diced onion, and diced carrot until fragrant, then add ground beef and stir-fry until it changes color;

3. Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until they release their juices. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes to make a meat sauce.

4. Cook the pasta until it is 80% done, drain and add it to the meat sauce. Stir-fry evenly and reduce the sauce until thickened.

(Quick Version)

After cooking the pasta, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the ground beef until it changes color. Add the canned pasta sauce from the supermarket, stir well, then add the pasta and stir over low heat. You can add a little salt according to your taste. Once it's well mixed, it's ready to serve.
