A quick and easy vegetarian dish that's tangy, spicy, and appetizing; the cabbage is crisp and tender, bursting with flavor.

process
1. Wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces; cut the dried chili peppers into sections.
2. Heat a wok, add Sichuan peppercorns and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant, then add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;
3. Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until softened. Season with light soy sauce, vinegar, and salt.
300g of cabbage
3 dried chilies
5g minced garlic
8ml of light soy sauce
5ml of vinegar
2g of salt
A pinch of Sichuan peppercorns
