process
1. Trim the shrimp whiskers and rostrum, devein the shrimp by cutting along the back, add cooking wine and cornstarch and mix well;
2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the shrimp until golden brown, then remove and set aside;
3. Leave some oil in the pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add shrimp and stir-fry, then sprinkle with salt and pepper powder.
