process
1. Dice the pineapple flesh and blanch the diced shrimp;
2. Heat oil in a wok, add green peas and corn kernels and stir-fry until fragrant, then add rice and stir-fry.
3. Add diced shrimp, diced pineapple, curry powder, and salt, stir-fry evenly and it's ready to serve.
100g of cooked rice
1 pineapple
20g of shrimp
10g of green peas
10g of corn kernels
3g of curry powder
