Efficacy
This quick and easy stir-fry is tangy, spicy, and crunchy, very filling, and goes perfectly with rice.

process
1. Shred the potatoes, soak them in water to remove the starch, then drain.
2. Heat oil in a wok, sauté dried chili peppers and minced garlic until fragrant, then add shredded potatoes and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes;
3. Add vinegar and salt to taste. Stir-fry evenly and remove from heat.
2 potatoes (about 300g)
3 dried chilies
5g minced garlic
10ml of vinegar
2g of salt
A little chopped green onion
