Efficacy
This sweet and sour, rich and flavorful soup is additive-free and has a smooth texture. It can be served with pasta or rice.

process
1. Peel and dice the tomatoes, and dice the onion (the cubes should be small).
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and onion until fragrant, then add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until soft and juicy;
3. Add water and bring to a boil, then stir until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper and let sit for 10 minutes.
3 tomatoes
Half an onion
5g minced garlic
2g of salt
A pinch of black pepper
300ml of clean water
