Efficacy
This classic home-style dish is sweet and sour with tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs that both adults and children love.

process
1. Blanch the pork ribs to remove blood and foam, then drain.
2. Heat a wok and stir-fry the rock sugar until it melts and caramelizes, then add the ribs and stir-fry to coat them with the caramelized sugar;
3. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water, simmer for 20 minutes, then add vinegar to reduce the sauce.
300g pork ribs
15g rock sugar
10ml of light soy sauce
15ml of vinegar
5ml cooking wine
5g of ginger slices
