1. Cut the pork into strips, marinate with cooking wine and cornstarch for 10 minutes; cut the celery into sections;
2. Pour oil into the wok, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, then remove from the wok;
3. Leave some oil in the pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the celery and stir-fry for 2 minutes;
4. Add the shredded meat, season with salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and remove from heat.
