  • Crush the salted duck eggs and stir-fry with oil until fragrant.

  • Rinse and soak the rice, add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  • Cut the lean meat into strips, marinate with ginger slices and cooking wine for 15 minutes, then put it into the pot (this can be done while cooking porridge).

  • Add both ingredients to the porridge, along with shredded ginger, and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt.
