This savory and smooth homemade porridge is filling, nourishing, and has a warm, comforting taste, making it suitable for breakfast or dinner.

Crush the salted duck eggs and stir-fry with oil until fragrant.
Rinse and soak the rice, add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cut the lean meat into strips, marinate with ginger slices and cooking wine for 15 minutes, then put it into the pot (this can be done while cooking porridge).
Add both ingredients to the porridge, along with shredded ginger, and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt.
100g of rice
80g of lean pork
1 salted duck egg
5g of shredded ginger
A pinch of salt
