Efficacy
Tender and smooth with no fishy smell, the shrimp are springy and delicious. This is a high-protein, low-fat complementary food/home-style dish that can be enjoyed by both the elderly and children.

process
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1.5 times the amount of warm water and a pinch of salt, whisk until smooth and strain.
2. Devein and wash the shrimp, then place them on the surface of the egg mixture;
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (poke small holes), and steam for 12 minutes after the steamer is ready;
4. Drizzle with light soy sauce and sesame oil, then sprinkle with chopped green onions.
