1. Remove the roots from the enoki mushrooms and wash them. Wash the bean sprouts, blanch them, and then place them at the bottom of a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a wok, sauté minced garlic, chopped chili peppers, and pickled peppers until fragrant.
3. Add water, white vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt, and bring to a boil;
4. Add the sliced beef and cook until it changes color. Pour the beef and broth into a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and drizzle with a spoonful of hot oil to enhance the aroma.
