process
1. Place sesame paste, minced garlic, chopped green onions, chili oil, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and salt at the bottom of a bowl, then add a little hot broth and stir well;
2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add alkaline noodles and cook until just tender, then add green vegetables and blanch until cooked through;
3. Place the noodles and vegetables in a bowl, add some noodle soup, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
80g of alkaline noodles
20g of green vegetables
5g minced garlic
5g of chopped green onions
10ml chili oil
5ml of light soy sauce
3ml of balsamic vinegar
Salt
5g sesame paste
A little crushed peanuts
