process
1. Wash and cut the greens into sections, and wash and slice the shiitake mushrooms;
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened;
3. Add the chopped greens and stir-fry until just cooked through. Season with light soy sauce and salt.
