Efficacy
A refreshing, low-fat, healthy side dish that retains the slimy texture and nutrients of okra; even more delicious when dipped in sauce.

process
1. Wash the okra, remove the stems, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and arrange on a plate;
2. Prepare a dipping sauce by mixing minced garlic, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and chopped chili peppers. Pour the sauce over the okra or use it as a dip.
200g of okra
5g minced garlic
15ml light soy sauce
5ml of balsamic vinegar
3ml sesame oil
One small red chili pepper (optional)
