process

1. Cut firm tofu into thick slices and pat dry with kitchen paper;


2. Pour oil into a non-stick pan, add the tofu slices, and pan-fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides;


3. Add a little light soy sauce and oyster sauce for seasoning, and sprinkle with cumin powder and chopped green onions.
