Efficacy
A refreshing and palate-cleansing low-fat appetizer that retains the original nutrients of spinach to the greatest extent and has a crisp and tender texture.

process
1. Wash the spinach, blanch it for 1 minute, remove it, cool it, squeeze out the excess water, and cut it into sections;
2. Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, and sesame oil and mix well; (for a stronger flavor, you can stir-fry the garlic in hot oil).
3. Garnish with white sesame seeds.
300g of spinach
10g minced garlic
15ml light soy sauce
10ml of balsamic vinegar
5ml sesame oil
2g of salt
A small amount of white sesame seeds
