1. Wash the chicken wings, blanch them, poke small holes with a toothpick, and marinate them for 15 minutes with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger slices;
2. Pour oil into a pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides;
