1. Clean the sea bass, make incisions on the fish, and marinate it with cooking wine and shredded ginger for 10 minutes;
2. Bring the water in the steamer to a boil, then place the sea bass in the steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes;
3. Remove the dish and discard the broth. Sprinkle with chopped scallions, drizzle with light soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce, and pour hot oil over it to release the aroma.
One sea bass (approximately 500g)
10g of shredded ginger
15g of scallion segments
10ml of light soy sauce
5ml cooking wine
10ml Steamed Fish Soy Sauce
