This classic Cantonese vegetarian dish features crisp, tender, and sweet bok choy hearts. It's low in oil, healthy, and refreshing, perfect for cutting through greasiness and stimulating the appetite.

process
1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly. Add a little salt and oil to boiling water, blanch the bok choy for 1 minute, then remove and arrange on a plate.
2. Place shredded ginger on top of the bok choy, drizzle with light soy sauce, and pour hot oil over it to release its aroma.
300g of bok choy
5g of shredded ginger
10ml of light soy sauce
5ml of cooking oil
