Step 1
Soak the white fungus until softened, then tear it into small pieces. Peel and core the pear, then cut it into chunks.
Remove the pits from the red dates.
Step 2
Place the white fungus, snow pear, rock sugar, and red dates in a pot, add 300 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
