The loofah is sweet and refreshing, the sliced meat is tender and smooth, and this dish is low in calories and GI, and rich in dietary fiber. It's a light and refreshing everyday dish perfect for weight loss.

  • One loofah (about 200g)

  • 100g of lean pork

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Half a spoonful of light soy sauce

  • A pinch of salt

  • Half a spoonful of starch

  • Half a spoonful of cooking oil

process

1. Slice lean pork thinly, add cornstarch and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes;

2. Peel the loofah and cut it into chunks; mince the garlic.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add lean pork slices and stir-fry until they change color. Remove from the pan and serve.
