  • 200g King Oyster Mushrooms

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small red chili pepper

  • 1 sprig of cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

  • A pinch of salt

  • A few drops of sesame oil

1. Wash and slice the king oyster mushrooms, then steam for 10 minutes;

2. Mince the garlic, slice the chili peppers into rings, and chop the cilantro;

3. Drain the steamed king oyster mushrooms and add minced garlic, chopped chili peppers, and cilantro;
