200g King Oyster Mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 small red chili pepper
1 sprig of cilantro
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
A pinch of salt
A few drops of sesame oil

1. Wash and slice the king oyster mushrooms, then steam for 10 minutes;
