  • 50g of dried kelp strips

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 sprig of cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

  • A pinch of salt

  • A few drops of sesame oil

  • A small amount of white sesame seeds

1. Soak dried kelp strips until softened, wash them, blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove them, rinse them with cold water, and drain.

2. Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro;

3. Place the kelp strips in a bowl, add minced garlic, cilantro, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, and sesame oil. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and mix well.
