With its vibrant color, crisp texture, low calorie and low GI, and rich anthocyanins and dietary fiber, this is a visually appealing side dish for weight-loss and sugar-controlled meals.

  • 100g of purple cabbage

  • Half a cucumber

  • Half a carrot

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

  • A pinch of salt

  • A few drops of sesame oil

process

1. Wash and shred the purple cabbage, and wash and shred the cucumber and carrot;

2. Place all ingredients in a bowl, add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, and sesame oil, and mix well.

3. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
