  • 200g celery

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small red chili pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • Half a spoonful of balsamic vinegar

  • A pinch of salt

  • A few drops of sesame oil

1. Remove the leaves from the celery, wash it, cut it into 3 cm long sections, blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute, remove it, rinse it with cold water and drain it.
