  • 2 cucumbers

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small red chili pepper

  • 1 sprig of cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

  • A pinch of salt

  • A few drops of sesame oil
