Tender, lean beef paired with bell peppers creates a flavorful and non-greasy dish that is high in protein and low in GI, making it a quick and easy everyday meal, perfect for those on a weight-loss diet to supplement their protein intake.

  • 200g lean beef slices

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • Red bell pepper 1

  • 3 slices of ginger

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • Half a spoonful of oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

1. Marinate the beef slices with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and half a spoonful of cooking oil for 5 minutes;

2. Cut the green and red bell peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, and mince the ginger and garlic;

3. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add beef slices and stir-fry over high heat until they change color. Remove from heat and serve.
