Snow peas are crisp, tender, and flavorful. They are low in GI and calories, and rich in vitamins and minerals, making them a quick and easy vegetarian dish for those on a weight-loss diet.

  • 200g of snow peas

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • A pinch of salt

  • Half a spoonful of cooking oil

  • Half a spoonful of light soy sauce

process

1. Remove the strings from the snow peas, wash them, blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.

2. Mince the garlic and shred the ginger;

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add snow peas and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes;
