  • 200g of green vegetables

  • 5 fresh shiitake mushrooms

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • A pinch of salt

  • Half a spoonful of cooking oil

  • Half a spoonful of light soy sauce

1. Wash and cut the greens into sections, and wash and slice the fresh shiitake mushrooms;
