  • One sea bass (about 250g)

  • 3 slices of ginger

  • 2 sections of scallion

  • 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • Half a spoonful of balsamic vinegar

1. Clean the sea bass, gut it, and make several cuts on the fish.
